HEIC Convert is an online image conversion platform that allows users to:

  • Convert images between various formats (HEIC, JPG, PNG, WebP, TIFF, BMP, GIF, etc.)
  • Process single images or batch convert multiple files
  • Adjust image quality, compression, and output settings
  • Access premium features through paid subscriptions
  • Utilize API services for developers and businesses

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

  • You may use our basic conversion services without creating an account
  • Premium features require account registration with a valid email address
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You may not share your account credentials with others
  • You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent service limitations

Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses

  • Convert your own images or images you have legal rights to process
  • Use our service for personal, educational, or commercial purposes
  • Access our API services in accordance with rate limits and terms
  • Share converted images in compliance with applicable laws

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service to:

  • Upload or convert copyrighted images without proper authorization
  • Process images containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
  • Use automated tools to abuse our service or circumvent limitations
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

File Upload and Processing

File Requirements

  • Supported formats: HEIC, JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP, TIFF, BMP, GIF, and others
  • Maximum file size: 10MB for free users, 100MB for premium users
  • Files must not contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Images must comply with our content policy

Processing and Storage

  • Files are processed temporarily and automatically deleted within 24 hours
  • We do not permanently store your original or converted images
  • Conversion history may be retained for premium users for re-download purposes
  • We reserve the right to refuse processing of any file

  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months or unused services
  • Access to premium features ends upon cancellation

API Services

API Terms

  • This license terminates when files are deleted from our systems

Limitation of Liability

Service Limitations

  • You are responsible for backing up important files before conversion
  • We are not liable for any loss of data or files

Liability Limits

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our service
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Termination
